Warranty Policy

All Stack Audio products are designed and manufactured to a high standard and are supplied with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

Stack Audio products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

The warranty applies to the product itself and remains valid for the full warranty period, subject to the conditions set out below.

Transferable Warranty

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the original 3-year warranty period.

To make a warranty claim, the claimant must be able to provide:

  • Proof of the original purchase date, and

  • The product serial number (where applicable)

The warranty period does not reset or extend upon resale.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended use of the product.

If a valid defect is identified, Stack Audio will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product or the affected component

Any repair or replacement carried out under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation

  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modification or repair

  • Damage caused by unsuitable or faulty ancillary equipment

  • Normal wear, ageing, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance

  • Accidental damage or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control

  • Products where the serial number has been altered, removed, or made illegible

Returns and Transit Responsibility (Warranty Claims)

Where Stack Audio arranges return shipping as part of a warranty claim, we will provide guidance on packaging and collection.

If a product is returned using a shipping method arranged independently by the customer, Stack Audio cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in transit.
