Stack Audio is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Customer information is used only by ourselves in connection with fulfilling orders placed with us via this website. We do not disclose customer information to third parties for marketing purposes. 

When you place an order for our products we collect information about you. This may include your name, postal address, delivery addresses, e-mail address, telephone number and payment information. We only use this information to process and send your orders, to update you on the progress of your orders and assist with future customer service enquiries. We share customer data with other companies and individuals to allow them to perform functions on our behalf including delivering packages using our chosen couriers (Usually UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel To Go, other couriers may be used) and processing card payments with our e-commerce card payment provider (Stripe).

Ordering direct from Stack Audio through the on-line store 

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us. 

To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us. 

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. Prices for UK and EU customers are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rates and are correct at the time of entering information. 

Payment 

Payment for goods ordered directly on this website are by credit cards and are secured by Stripe. 

 

Dispatch & Delivery 

Items are usually dispatched by Royal Mail (small single items) or UPS through Parcel to Go. Delivery charges apply as shown on the delivery charge calculator on the on the store page. 

If an item is out of stock we will contact you by email with an estimate of availability. We aim to dispatch in stock items within 2 working days but will contact you if there are any problems 

Please note that a signature is always required. If you arrange directly with the courier for your order to be left in a safe location, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. 

International Sales 

For overseas orders it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping) on the package. 

As a customer purchasing goods from another country, you are deemed to be the importer of those goods and it is important to be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

SERENE

Stack Audio will accept returns or exchanges for the period of 90 days from the day we ship your order.

Items must be returned with proof of purchase complete with all supplied fittings and accessories in original condition. They must arrive in a re-saleable condition or at our discretion your return will either (1) not be accepted, or (2) your refund will reflect the cost of replacing those missing items and repair. Accepted returned items will be offered for re-sale clearly marked as refurbished/pre-owned.

Please note Stack Audio is not responsible for any installation or removal costs associated with the SERENE components.

LINK

Stack Audio will accept returns or exchanges for the period of 30 days from the day we ship your order. 

Items must be returned with proof of purchase in the original packaging, complete with all supplied fittings and accessories in original condition. This includes the LINK user guide, wall power supply and wi-fi antenna. They must arrive in a re-saleable condition or at our discretion your return will either (1) not be accepted, or (2) your refund will reflect the cost of replacing those missing items and repair. Accepted returned items will be offered for re-sale clearly marked as refurbished/pre-owned.

AUVA

Stack Audio will accept returns or exchanges for the period of 30 days from the day we ship your order.

Items must be returned with proof of purchase and in the original packaging, complete with all supplied fittings and accessories in original condition. This includes the AUVA user guide, spikes, felt pads & threads. Accepted returned items will be offer for re-sale as ‘B-Stock’.  

 

General Moneyback conditions 

We will request a detailed explanation of why you want to return the item so we can continue to offer you good customer service. 

Items need to be returned via registered post/delivery service to Stack Audio at your cost within the specified days of the shipment date. We recommend that you use a recognised service and insure all items for the full value as stated on your invoice. Stack Audio will not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your returned package following inspection of the condition of the contents. 

If you received free shipping as part of your order, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Warranty 

In addition to the Moneyback guarantee, all Stack Audio products are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture and design. 

This warranty applies to the first owner and is not transferrable. 

Proof of purchase from Stack Audio or authorised dealers are required to process the warranty. For the LINK the serial number must be supplied. 

Items must be returned in the original packing with all supplied accessories and fittings. 

If returning an item directly to Stack Audio, please ensure they are returned via registered post/delivery service at your cost. We recommend that you use a recognised service and insure all items for the full value as stated on your invoice. Stack Audio will not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the equipment at our discretion. 

 

Exclusions
The following are not covered by the Stack Audio warranty:

  • Transportation costs.
  • Installation or removal costs associated with the SERENE components.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, connection or packing.
  • Damage caused by any use other than the correct use described in the User Guide, negligence, modifications, or use of parts that are not made or authorised by Stack Audio.
  • Damage caused by faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment.
  • Damages caused by accidents and causes beyond the reasonable control of Stack Audio.
  • Products where the serial number has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
  • Repairs or modifications that have been carried out by an unauthorized person including to the installed software on the LINK.

If you purchased your Stack Audio product from a dealer or distributor, please contact them first in the event of a warranty claim or technical query. If purchased from the Stack Audio website, please contact Stack Audio directly. 

The Stack Audio Moneyback Guarantee and Warranty do not affect your statutory rights.
