All Stack Audio products purchased directly through our website are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return shipping is covered by Stack Audio when arranged through our team
Items must include proof of purchase and all supplied fittings and accessories, and should be returned in their original packaging where possible
Minor marks from careful installation or handling will not affect your refund
Each return is inspected upon arrival
If parts are missing or there is clear damage beyond normal handling, a small adjustment may be applied
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the parcel being received and inspected

Warranty

In addition to the Moneyback guarantee, all Stack Audio products are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture and design.

This warranty applies to the first owner and is not transferrable.

Items must be returned in the original packing with all supplied accessories and fittings.
