Until now, ordering from the UK as an Australian customer meant your final price could shift depending on import duties, GST, and processing fees applied at the border, and delivery meant a long international shipment before your gear even reached you. That changes today.

We’ve moved to a single, all-in Australian price for every product, a flat adjustment that covers GST, import handling, and processing costs upfront. What you see at checkout is what you pay. No calculations, no “estimated” fees, no invoice arriving weeks later asking for more.

That price also gets you same-day free shipping from our Australian fulfilment centre, not the UK, so your AUVA, SERENE, or SmoothLAN product reaches you faster and clears without customs delays. And if you ever need to return something, it’s handled entirely within Australia, including the return shipping cost, on us.
