Engineered Isolation for Turntables and Hi-Fi Components

The AUVA Platform is a precision vibration isolation platform for turntables, amplifiers, DACs, streamers, and CD players. It builds on the same AUVA particle damping and CSA (Custom Silicone Absorber) isolation technologies used in our AUVA EQ feet, bringing them together in a dedicated full-size platform.

A different approach to Isolation Platforms

Many platforms rely on mass alone to resist vibration, while others use constrained layer damping. The AUVA Platform takes a different approach, a hybrid design where the entire structure has been tuned to absorb and dissipate energy.

Intelligent Core with AUVA Particle Damping

35 individually tuned AUVA cells are housed within a reinforced honeycomb structure positioned between two precision-machined metal plates. The structure is tuned to direct vibration energy into the cells, where carefully selected particles interact with that energy through micro-collisions, dissipating it rapidly and efficiently. Each cell is tuned to target a specific frequency range allowing the platform to control unwanted resonance across a broad spectrum.

CSA Isolation Feet

Each AUVA Platform foot utilises a CSA air-spring, housed in a precision-machined casing with a fine-pitch thread for micro-height adjustment. Both the shape and composition of the CSA are tuned for the broad range of frequencies found in real listening environments, ensuring rapid energy decay and preventing resonance from building up.

Every AUVA Platform is brought together by hand, and no two are ever quite the same. The natural grain of the wood gives each its own character, while every element, from the tuned AUVA core to the adjustable CSA feet, is engineered to work as a single, integrated vibration control system. Considered in its design, individual in its making.

What is the difference between the AUVA Platform and the AUVA EQs?

The AUVA EQ is our most effective compact isolator – ideal for directly supporting individual HiFi components. The Platform goes further by integrating a much larger AUVA core with 35 particle cells alongside the same proven CSA EQ feet. The result is dramatically greater vibration absorption and stability, making it the better choice where space allows and maximum performance is the priority.

Will I hear an improvement over using individual AUVA EQ isolators?

Yes. The EQ delivers excellent isolation on its own, but the Platform’s greater damping capacity and stability create the conditions for a more composed, controlled sound. Listeners typically notice improved clarity, tighter imaging and a more natural sense of depth – a presentation that feels more settled and complete.

How do I choose the correct CSA inserts for my equipment?

Each AUVA Platform includes multiple CSA sets matched to different weight ranges. We’ll guide you to the correct set for your equipment’s weight . If you upgrade or change your equipment in the future, the extra CSA sets make adjustment simple — no need to replace the platform, simply replace the insert

Can the height of the Platform be adjusted?

Yes. Each CSA foot has a fine-pitch micro-adjust thread, allowing precise height adjustments for levelling your equipment. This ensures both mechanical stability and optimal isolation.

Does the Platform need to be used on a specific surface?

No. The AUVA Platform performs consistently across a wide range of surfaces – wooden racks, shelves, stone and metal supports alike. The CSA and AUVA technologies work together to maintain effective isolation regardless of what sits beneath it.

Is the AUVA Platform suitable for all types of equipment?

Yes. It’s ideal for turntables, amplifiers, DACs, and streamers — any component that benefits from reduced vibration. Its load-adjustable CSA feet and large AUVA core allow it to adapt to a wide range of equipment weights and designs.

Why not just use a heavy solid block like MDF or acrylic?

Mass alone doesn’t effectively absorb vibration — it only shifts resonant frequencies. The AUVA Platform uses engineered damping through particle impact technology, achieving better vibration control without unnecessary weight.

Has the design been tested or simulated?

Yes. The Platform has been modelled and verified using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimise stiffness, internal geometry, and mechanical behaviour for consistent isolation performance.
