All EU orders are now shipped from our Netherlands warehouse to avoid import duties for our customers. As such, IP-based country specific VAT will be automatically applied to EU customers whilst browsing our website. If you are in a country that does not have a VAT rate, the prices seen on the website will be exclusive of VAT.

Stack Audio does not charge US sales tax. If you are browsing our website from the USA, prices are shown excluding UK VAT (sales tax).

Please note that due to recent tariff changes, a 10% US import duty may apply when your order enters the country.

Additionally, orders valued over $800 USD may require you to complete import paperwork before the goods can be delivered. This is due to US Customs regulations, which may result in processing delays. If you receive a ‘5106’ request, please note that only the information sections marked by a Red Asterisk are required to be filled in for the package to be cleared.

What is a HS CODE? The Harmonized System is a standardized numerical method of classifying traded products. It is used by customs authorities around the world to identify products when assessing duties and taxes and for gathering statistics.

Please note: We will not edit the commercial value on the invoice to be lower than the price paid, this goes against regulations and could impose severe implications on Stack Audio.

All products come with a 60-day money back guarantee. The period will commence once you have received the items. All items must be returned with proof of purchase and in the original packaging, complete with all supplied fittings and accessories in a resaleable condition. Once received, we will inspect the items, please note that money may be deducted off of the refund total for damaged items. Returns address is: FAO Stack Audio returns department, Unit 4, Block 4, Forde Court, TQ12 4BT. We get good rates through our courier broker & can arrange collection if this is your preference, we will send you a quote for the return and deduct this value from your refund total. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item(s).

The SmoothLAN network filter is also covered by a 60-day money back guarantee and an extended 2-year warranty should there be any faults during use.

In addition to the Moneyback guarantee, all Stack Audio products are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture and design. 

This warranty applies to the first owner and is not transferrable. 

Items must be returned in the original packing with all supplied accessories and fittings. 

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the equipment at our discretion. 

The following are not covered by the Stack Audio warranty.

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, connection or packing.
• Damage caused by any use other than the correct use described in the User Guide, negligence, modifications, or use of parts that are not made or authorised by Stack Audio.
• Damage caused by faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment.
• Damages caused by accidents and causes beyond the reasonable control of Stack Audio.
• Products where the serial number has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
• Repairs or modifications that have been carried out by an unauthorized person including to the installed software on the LINK.

The Stack Audio Moneyback Guarantee and Warranty do not affect your statutory rights.
